October Highlights
Learning Through Fun!
This month, our classroom is full of energy, laughter, and new discoveries! We’ve been learning “All About Me” and exploring what makes each of us unique. The children loved sharing their family pictures, drawing self-portraits, and building friendships through play.
Next, we’ll begin our “Community Helpers” theme learning about the amazing people who help our town each day! We’ll read stories, dress up as helpers, and even pretend to run our own mini-town in the dramatic play area.
Families, thank you for your support with our “All About Me” projects they turned out beautifully! If your child hasn’t brought theirs in yet, there’s still time this week.
Upcoming Events and Reminders
Spirit Week: Don’t forget to check the classroom door for daily themes and colors!
Halloween Celebration: Friday, October 31 — bring snacks, treats, and your child’s costume (optional).
Family Project: “My Community Helper” poster due October 25. Children can draw or use pictures to show their favorite helper (firefighter, doctor, teacher, etc.).
Octoberfest: Saturday, October 25 | 9 AM – 1 PM — join us for crafts, food, and games!
For Our Little Bees
Hi sweet friends! 
Remember to use your kind words, listening ears, and helping hands. You all did such a great job learning your shapes and colors this week! Can you find something at home that’s a triangle or a circle? 
Keep reading your favorite books, singing our classroom songs, and practicing your counting at home. You’re all doing such an amazing job!
